| Hotel, Motel, Multi-Family, Commercial (Each separate building or retail shop served by master meter considered a unit.) |

| Restaurants | $150.00 per seat |
| Lounges & Bars | $90.00 per seat |
| Service Stations | $3,000.00 |
For new construction, other then single family homes, South Island PSD charges a fee of $6.00 per gallon of expected sewage flows.
